15 day period for transfer of ownership has past but still no email
Hello, I have attempted to set up a preowned Video Doorbell 2nd Gen and requested a device ownership transfer. It has now been more than 15 days since I submitted the transfer request, but I have not received any confirmation email regarding the transfer of ownership. I tried setting up the device again, but it still indicates that it is owned by someone else. Is it not transferring as I didn't take the battery out of the doorbell, or is it something else? Thanks

Update for anyone else with the same problem: The device has to be offline for the request to go through, and to make a new request if the 15 days with the device offline if the 15 days has past without success in transferring
