Wired security camera lights on but offline and won’t reset

I have a hardwired security camera that started keeping the lights on but went offline and won’t reset. This happened after we an internet issue and router rebooted on its own. Tried to reset with button on top, but got no blue light or anything in camera area. I took down and wired it to test the next day and still no resetting.
