Where is the setting to toggle Legacy Video Mode?

I'm using version 5.61.0 of the Ring app for iPhone. I’ve gone to Devices>Security Cameras>Selected the camera (it’s the only one)>Device Settings>Video Settings. The option for Legacy Video Mode is not there. Where else should I look?
