Water Inside Floodlight Cam Lens - Poor Quality Product

I’m reaching out because I’ve encountered an issue with my Ring Floodlight Cam. Due to heavy rain in the Dallas area, there seems to be water inside the lens, trapped between the lens and the glass. This problem has persisted despite my best efforts to ensure the device is installed correctly and securely. I’m very disappointed with the quality of this product. A device designed for outdoor use should be able to withstand typical weather conditions without allowing water to infiltrate its components. This flaw compromises the camera’s functionality and image quality, which is unacceptable. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you fix it? I would appreciate any advice or solutions from the community.
