Video pulses from blurry to clear

I have three Floodlight cameras. The older camera (Ring Floodlight) produces perfect crystal clear video. The two new cameras (Floodlight Cam Wired Plus (v3)) both “pulsate” the video. The image turns slightly pixelated and then refocuses over a few seconds before it becomes pixelated again. Its only the two new cameras that do this. Their RSSA are -59 and -60. The old camera is -57 for comparison. Any thoughts? I can’t upload the video as it is too large.
