Video has stopped working

Have a spotlight security camera. Has been working fine up until today. Now video does not seem to be working. Liveview does not start and detections are not recording. Was working fine this morning but now is not. Have restarted device, restarted WiFi Router. Device has connectivity and is showing as online. I can turn the light and siren on and off. If I walk in front of the camera it detects the motion but isn't recording any video. Everything checks out in "Device Health" Any ideas or suggestions?
