Value of Solar charger?

Hi all, Hoping for guidance from the community, as tech support has not been helpful. I have a ring camera by our front entrance of our house, with two batteries and a Ring-brand solar charger. It is connected successfully. I live in central Missouri, it is sunny most days and I am not shaded by trees. The charger is placed with optimal access to sunlight. Despite all this, it cannot maintain a charge. Resetting it does not fix the issue. Is there a better one coming out that will actually do the job? Between the lag time and inconsistency of the sensors catching motion, the sensors timing out when there’s someone at the house, a poorly structured tech support system, the slow reaction time of the app to get to live view, and now ineffective power, I’m so fed up with this entire system we’ve poured money into. Really hoping this company is developing more reliable products or they’re going to go the way of the dinosaurs. I do not feel supported by this company
