Ring Security Cameras
Two indoor ring cameras, can't turn off motion alerts or turn off voice advising of recording
I've had my UK ring cameras for 2 years with no problems. In the last 24 hours, both internal cameras have started to exhibit unusual behaviour, first they no longer allow me to turn off motion alerts, so my phone gets spammed. Using the slider in the app to turn off the alerts looks like it works, but it just switches them on again automatically. Additionally, now when ever either see movement, they shout out advising they are recording. I never switched this setting on in the past, it just started doing it around the same time as the motion alert issue.I've power cycled both cameras, chackled they are both up to date on firmware, but can't stop this outside of turning off all motion detection which defeats the purpose of the cameras. Anyone have any ideas here?
