Testing sirens on security cameras

I've tried looking all over the internet and here for an answer to this but to no avail...Is there a way to test the sirens on the individual cameras without having the alarm system send responders(I have 2 spotlight cams and 1 floodlight cam)? I've seen the "Panic" icon available in Live View for the cameras but I'm afraid to try that lest my alarm system actually call the authorities. lol I'm also seeing a red "Siren" button on the page in the app for each individual device... would that be the way to do it?
