Since I purchased the service I always have technical issues. Cameras takes long time to work also there is a delay in the notification. When I had the free trial everything was perfect which made me purchased a new plan. What’s the use of it if it will give me a one minute late notification after the door opens . It was a big mistake going with Ring, but for sure I’m changing to another company.

I also have technical problems concerning a wired floodlight. One of the two lights starts flashing when detecting movement. This topic was here before, but closed by Ring in ovtober ending with this advice:Hey neighbors! Check out our [Help Center article ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004155866-Controlling-the-Floodlights-and-Light-Settings-on-Your-Floodlight-Cam) for tips on controlling the lights for your Floodlight Camera. Adjust the motion settings and checking for environmental factors that might be triggering the lights is a great step. Please also consider if you have a light switch or dimmer switch controlling the power to the Floodlight Camera, and ensure there is no one flipped the switch or any obstructions hitting it.But this is NOT the problem. I know when there are branches or spiders etc in the motion area the lights can go on and off. And know what to do about it. The problem is that after REAL motion detection (a person!) the lights go on as they should, but one of them starts strobing. So the problem is not solved, please open the topic, and come with a real solution Ring!
