Stickup camera and floodlight not connecting to wifi
troubleshooting

have bought stickup cam and floodlight cam for outdoors . I have mobile internet thru a router tp-link AC1200 model is Archer MR600. It works fine with alarm and the computers we use in the office . But i cant make it working with cameras , i need help with the trouble shooting . best regards

Hi @user65684. Can you tell us some more information about your network? Are you connecting to a 2.4GHz or 5GHz network? Have you checked your [ports and protocols](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices)? Is your password alpha numeric? Are there any security settings on your router that could be blocking these devices?
