Stick up pro mode change

Ring stick up pro. Plug in power. Good internet. Won’t let me change modes. Pulls up a warning triangle that says 'unable to change modes'

Hi @Jayuhl. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Are you a Shared User? Have you tried adjusting your Mode Settings? Can you share a screenshot of the error you are seeing so we can better understand what is happening? Thanks, neighbor.
