Stick up cam Pro stuck in update mode

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. My Stick up cam pro has been stuck in update mode for the past 3weeks and nothing has happened. Tried a factory reset but still nothing happening. It usually has a battery but have connected to a power adaptor whilst it’s updating.Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
