Stick Up Cam Pan-Tilt Moving by Itself

Question

I bought the Pan-Tilt mount for the Indoor Stick Up Cam and it started moving around by itself. Has anyone had this happen to them? I unplugged the device and will update all my security passwords. It was unsettling to have that move and rotate by itself.

Hi @user34303. When you set up your Pan-Tilt Mount with your Stick-Up Camera, it will perform a self-pan-tilt check and calibration, which will cause it to move on its own. It will also perform an automatic calibration when it receives an update. I hope this information puts your concerns at ease.
