@Mac5 Could you try removing the Ring app from your phone, rebooting your phone by turning it off/on and then reinstalling the app to see if this helps? Please let me know if that works!

Hey @Mac5. This usually happens when the unit has failed to update its firmware. Once the firmware updates, you’ll begin seeing images in your Stick Up Cam's preview. Firmware updates happen automatically, and this could also be because the unit has just been installed and a firmware update is pushed when this first happens. If in 24 hours the camera preview tile cannot update, please try triggering a Live View throughout the next day to see if you can get the tile to update on your Dashboard.
