Stick up cam 3rd gen solar stuck with status connected
Hello. I installed brand new stick up cam 3rd gen about 1 month ago. Everything worked great. After about 1 week I had to adjust camera position and for a few minutes disconnected cable from solar panel. Since then solar status says “Connected” and battery is not charged. I tried multiple cam reboots, resets, removed cam completely from my account and repeat complete installation. Nothing has changed. Even when I changed camera power from battery to plug in, application stated that power cable is disconnected, but solar status was reported as connected. So it seems my solar setup is stuck somewhere in cloud. Is there any chance to resolve it? Thank you.
