Spring Sale -- Will Certified Refurbished prices drop as well?

I am interested in getting the Ring Spotlight Cam Wired and I see it is on sale for $159.99 through April 22. I am curious if the Certified Refurbished Ring Spotlight Cam Wired will also go on sale because it is currently the same price as a brand new one. I know that a few weeks ago, it was on sale for $129.99. Shouldn't it at least drop to that price if not more?
