Spotlight camera setup

My new spotlight camera won’t go into setup mode. Any answers to why this is happening? The battery is charged and the light is blinking.

    Hi @jschmidt. If the light on your Spotlight Cam is blinking white, this does indicate that it's in setup mode. What part of the setup are you getting stuck at in the Ring App? Feel free to attach a screenshot to show what step you're on.
