Spotlight Camera not showing up in account anymore

I switch to a new phone and downloaded the Ring app. Thought if I signed in with my account my camera would show up. It doesn't. So when I try to install the camera into my new phone account it says I can't because it is already registered. So I cannot remove it and start over because it isn't showing in my account. My camera is in camera limbo.
