Spotlight camera lights coming on every hour

Question

I’ve recently installed a battery spotlight camera and noticed the lights coming on for just a second or so, every hour through the night.   For instance last night 01:12, 02:12, 03:12.  It triggers another camera I have so I have it recorded.   Is this normal ?
