Hi @dazzawiv. Do you have the Spotlight Cam Wired? You can find the installation instructions for this Camera in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003337986-Ring-Spotlight-Cam-Wired-Installation). There is also a link to an installation video, so I would recommend taking a look at that to ensure you get your Spotlight Cam installed safely. I hope this information helps. :)
