Spotlight Cam Pro Not Detecting Any Motion

My spotlight cam pro stopped detecting any motion whatsoever. I've adjusted every motion setting: motion zone, smart alert(on/off), motion sensitivity, motion frequency, I've removed the device from my account & done a clean setup. Does not recognize anything or anyone(even tried covering it with my hands recorded no event). Battery & internet connectivity are good. Firmware Status is "Up to Date". Live view still works, but I'm not sure what else can be done to salvage it. Weirdly, the issue started on the very day my subscription renewed.

    Hi @user_134d4d. Those were good troubleshooting steps to try for your concern. I would also recommend factory resetting your Camera to see if it helps. To reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20 seconds, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi.
