Spotlight Cam Plus - No live feed at all
My Spotlight Cam Plus died suddenly on a sunny morning. It fails to show any Live View or any recordings. The camera will connect and show good health, battery percentage, and even register motion events. The blue LED switches on if I move in front of it, but it simply won't show any live footage, or record anything. I've tried to reconnect it to the WiFi network multiple times - No success. I've removed the device from my Ring account and re-added it - No success. I've taken the camera down, removed the battery, put it in a drawer for 4 days, put the batter in - no success. I don't see any damage (no water damage) or anything. I'm not sure if this is a software problem? Or is this a common way these Ring cameras just die?

Hi neighbors. Those were excellent troubleshooting steps to try for your concern. I would also recommend, factory resetting the Camera by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds, then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi. Reboot your router as well. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.

I have the exact same problem! Same camera that was working fine and simply stopped after a little over 1 week. I've reconnected several times and no success. Added a Chime pro for a stronger wifi signal and no success. Took it down and added two fresh batteries and no success. It indicates motion with the blue light and the lights come on with movement in a dark room but LIVE VIDEO or RECORDED VIDEO.
