Spotlight Cam Plus Live View Quit Working
A day ago, my spotlight cam plus live view quit working (on phone app and desktop). It is hard wired, online, XXXX% battery, with signal strength of RSSI-59. I am not currently at this location and can only control through my app. My internet app shows high activity the day before the change. May be an update occurred on the app or device? I checked and the preview for live view was not selected under video settings in the app. I selected it and it still does not work. This camera is the only device at this location and has been working fine since install in mid June. Any recommendations?

Hi @user_34ea17. If you are not at the location, you can try rebooting your Camera using the Ring app to see if that helps. If it does not help, you can try these steps when you are at the location: - Reboot your router. - Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
