Spotlight cam not going live or showing video

I’ve followed all of the trouble shooting tips for this issue. Good signal on phone, download speed 104.6, upload speed 10.44, signal strength of camera very good at RSSI 59. On Rapid Ring app it won’t show and says the signal is too weak despite the diagnostics. Was working without issue last on 7/25.
