Spotlight Cam dual batteries but still says "Add a Battery" in the app
I have a spotlight cam with two batteries. The app shows two battery icons, but in Device Health under Power it shows Add a Battery by one of the battery lines. Right Battery shows 100% Left Battery shows Add a Battery Both batteries are fully charged. Thanks

I have the exact same problem. In fact - when I look at the dashboard for the camera - it shows both battery icons in green - however when I go to the "Battery Health" it shows "Add a Battery" so there's definitely a glitch in firmware or application software - Ring - any idea when this will be fixed? See both screen shots.

I’m having the same issue- I have 2 spotlight cams and 1 is working perfectly , both batteries are detected and show charging after installing the solar panel. Both Batteries are being displayed and show charging on dashboard. the other camera says Add Battery after fully charging both. I Go to settlings and power and see 1 battery fully charged and the other missing (add Battery) dashboard shows both batteries only one charging.

Hi neighbors. Your Spotlight Cam should update the Device Health screen to reflect when two batteries are installed. Triggering a motion event or activating the Live View will also force the Device Health page to update with the latest information. Double-check that both batteries are firmly installed in the Spotlight Cam's battery hatch, and verify that they are fully charged. If this issue persists, try performing a reboot in the Ring app. The [reboot option](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-) can be found at the bottom of the Device Health page, and it should only take a few moments. That should resolve this concern, but if it doesn't, please follow up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) for further troubleshooting assistance. Hi @murray978. Does the camera operate if there is only a battery in the left slot? When there are 2 batteries in a camera, it will first use the charge from one battery, then internally switch its power source to the other battery. If your camera doesn't show that your left battery is connected when only the left battery is in the device, it would be best to contact our support team to look into this for you. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus).
