Spotlight Cam Battery will not do video
Spotlight cam only shows ... Activating Device. Never get Live View. I've tried 1. Battery is fully charged 2. Tried different battery 3. All Device Health is good 4. RSSI-29 (sitting near the router) 5. Moved to different locations 6. Tried different Wifi networks 7. Reset device and re-setup (multiple times) 8. Light & siren work as expected 9. Firmware shows up to date 10. Lights and siren can be 11. 4 other Ring devices (doorbell, 1 stickup cam battery & 2 exterior cams) all work as expected Everything appears normal but no video. This device did work well at one time but video is now a no go. Any ideas?

I am having a very similar issue. For the last couple weeks the cam has stopped recording video and no snapshots. Sometimes I can get live view and the times I do get live view it will maintain the recording for those but just black video for motion activated and no snapshots at all - it doesn't even try.
