Spotlight cam battery frequently drained while connected to solar panel

I have had my spotlight cam & solar panel for years, on the 2nd story of my home. In the last 3-4 months, I'm noticing that the battery is needing to be charged often - currently every week. I am needing Ring admins or the Protect Plan to incorporate fixing this issue. I'm curious to think if the Neighborhood Sidewalk plot play a role.Ring considering I own (5) cameras, can you please replace my battery?
