I’ve a spotlight cam with two batteries but I want to convert to mains power. I’ve bought the adaptor but it doesn’t charge the batteries - am I doing something wrong? Help and advice appreciated. Thanks

Ive done something similar, i noticed that the plug in hole for the for the solar adaptor and bought the mains adaptor from ring but its not charging the batteries . I bought the indoor outdoor plug-in adapter sold by ring for £38 including postage.

Hi @y244mnk. Can you clarify which adapter you purchased? There is not a plug-in adapter sold for the Spotlight Cam Battery, as it cannot be converted to a wired device. Feel free to attach pictures of what you purchased so I can take a look for you. :)
