Spot cam cannot connect with live view

One of my spot cam cannot connect with live view, after long showing "Activating device", it shows "LIVE VIEW ENDED, RECONNECT". Battery is 100%, device health shows signal strength "RSSI-44", still getting montion notfication from this cam, but all videos recorded show plain black.
