    Hi @user68577. Which specific model camera is doing this? What is the RSSI for this device? You can sometimes fix audio issues with these steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023556192-Fixing-Poor-Audio-Video-Quality-by-Adjusting-Your-Router). Let me know if this helps.
