Hey @DenLex. Do you have an active Ring Protect plan subscription? This is required in order to utilize the Snapshot Capture feature. If you do have a Protect plan in place for this device, you can enable Snapshot Capture by tapping on Device Settings \> Snapshot Capture. I hope that helps! :)
