Slow notifications

Question

Funny because when I had the free trail everything worked brilliantly, now I pay monthly the darn thing doesn't notify me until AFTER the event. Honestly, I thought it was great until I started paying. Currently looking for a new setup that isn't Ring. Waste of time and money now imo.

Hi @user_jacjacs18. Delayed notifications are usually caused by a connection issue, either on the Ring device itself, or on your phone. What is the signal strength listed as on the Device Health page for your Ring Doorbell or Camera? Do you notice the notifications are delayed when your phone is connected to wifi or mobile data?
