I deleted one of my cameras and moved it to my daughters house. Set it back up with no problem. Sent her a shared access invite email. When she clicks on the email link says the camera belongs to someone else. It’s mine never had this issue before. Just want her to be able to see the camera

Hi @95d7d5a0ad8b3b248b87b65b8f3da8. She should have a new location in her Ring App that has "(Shared)" in the title. She can tap on the location name in the top center of the Ring App and there should be a dropdown menu of all the locations available to her, and the "(Shared)" one will have the Camera you shared in it. Let me know if that helps. :)

I have sent an invite and an invite was sent to me on different ring doorbells. Both were accepted but we cannot see each others feed. I do see the location on my app with the correct address in the drop down but when I click on it there is no camera feed.
