Security cam wireless no notifications

Im not sure when motion scheduling was added to the app but recently i stopped getting notifications and when i tried to enable motion alerts it tells me that i have to disable my motion scheduling to enable motion alerts but it doesnt stay on. Can someone help please! Or should i just get rid of ring and switch to another brand? Thanks

Hi @user52609. If you have a Motion Schedule that is stopping notifications, you can disable your schedule. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/218380863-Scheduling-Times-When-You-Don-t-Want-to-Receive-Motion-Alerts-) has information on how to do that.
