Hi @Leannesrt. To improve signal strength on your Ring devices, there are a few things you can try. One of the things you can try is relocating your router to see if it helps improve signal strength. It’s not the internet speed. The roter is Appx 4m from the front door and no interior walls. (Open plan), what else can you suggest please? We tried the chine pro with no improvement

@Leannesrt As Tom said what WiFi band are you on. Virgin routers come with the bands joined so you manually have to split them in the router settings. 2.4 tends to be better for going through exterior walls.
