I have a ring doorbell 4 & today installed a ring spotlight cam plus battery. Both devices are now between RSI -65/75 Does anyone know how I can improve the signal to both cameras?? My router is aprox 4m from the front door and I’m with virgin with 1000mb speeds

Hi @Leannesrt. To improve signal strength on your Ring devices, there are a few things you can try. One of the things you can try is relocating your router to see if it helps improve signal strength. This Help Center [article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020044511-Improving-Your-Wifi-Performance) will tell you what other things you can try. I hope this helps.

It’s not the internet speed. The roter is Appx 4m from the front door and no interior walls. (Open plan), what else can you suggest please? We tried the chine pro with no improvement

Hi @Leannesrt. Are you connected to a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz network? Have you adjusted your [WiFi Channels](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407014643732-Changing-Your-Router-Channel) to ones with less congestion?

@Leannesrt As Tom said what WiFi band are you on. Virgin routers come with the bands joined so you manually have to split them in the router settings. 2.4 tends to be better for going through exterior walls.
