RING STICK UP CAMERA 95% connect to WIFI

Hello. My camera will not connect to the Wifi - I read the troubleshooting to create a dedicated 2.4G wifi connection. so I did. I read it has to WPA2- Personal. so I did. I read to replace the battery. so I did. This is not a new device, it connected FINE to the dual band before. It just needed reconnected when I changed the battery. Any one have any luck with this. I am super frustrated as I bought this refurbished from Ring. Any ideas?

Hi @user_97ec20. I also recommend rebooting your router. Factory reset your Camera as well. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. If you have tried these additional steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
