Ring Stick up Cam indicates solar. I have no solar

Question

This morning, one of my battery powered Ring Stick up cams showed a little sun icon on top of the battery life indicator icon. In device health, under solar status it says 'Connected'. I do not have a solar panel or device. None of my other battery stick up cams have this problem.

Hi @911a48cf9ffb95452e192a3fb62ca1. Try factory resetting your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20 seconds and then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi.
