  The website shows the 3rd gen stick up cams will be available in black. It would be nice if we received more of a detailed answer. We're not dealing with national security here! It would be nice to know if black will be available in the next 30 days, or 60 days, or 120 days. SOMETHING, so your customers can plan accordingly, or move on to a different brand. Sometimes, Ring feels like they WANT to push customers away.

We still do not have an ETA at this time, but will let you know when we have even a rough idea of when this coming soon availability is! :)

  Now I need to know which 110V power adapter works with the 3rd generation Stick Up Cam Battery because chat doesn't know squat. I asked for a 3rd generation owner's manual and he sent me a link to the 2nd generation. Then I asked which 110V adapter works with the 3rd generation Stick Up Cam Battery. Silence. Your online chat people don't know your products!!!
