Ring Stick Up 3rd Gen stuck in restart loop

My Ring Stick Up 3rd Gen is immediately restarted when I try to view Live Camera. This happened once I recharged and plugged in the battery back. It’s doesn’t get fixed even after resetting and setting up again. How do I reach to support?
