Ring Spotlight Pro Camera

Trying to find out how to keep my Spotlights "Low" for just general lighting unless it detects motion, when it sees motion I want it to go to FULL brightness (if it's dark) I'm not seeing two modes of light settings (or is it by default go to full brightness if there's motion? ) Thanks.
