Ring spotlight not working

Hello I have a ring spotlight which I have had less than a month. It was great for the first two weeks. I purchased the solar panel option to keep it charged. The battery went from 96% to 0% over night. I charged the battery back to 100% and the camera worked for a few hours but has now stopped working again. The app tells me my battery is 96% charged. I have followed the instructions to hard reset the camera but nothing happens. Please help.

Hi @user59168. Which part of the Spotlight Cam is not working? Does the Camera appear to be unresponsive and without power, or is it a feature in the Ring app that's not working, such as the Live View?
