Ring Spotlight Camera stops detecting motion

My my spotlight camera pro intermittently detects motion. I can get the camera to work after a device reboot, after about 2 hours, it does not detect motion any longer. All settings are at the most sensitive. Looks like I may be in the market for a competitors product.
