Ring Spotlight Cam siren not going off?

So this is my first Ring camera, I seen a Youtube video that I could have the spotlight camera's siren go off when my home alarm goes off, I've gone onto the app and Devices - Alarm Base Station - Base Station - Linked Devices -Alarm Sounding & I linked my camera there.Silly me didn't know or test this before mounting outside, I was wondering if there was anything I was missing to get it to work? I've tested the Siren via the app and it does work.When my alarm goes off the Camera does record as "Linked Event" but does make the siren go.Any help please! Thanks in advance! :)
