Ring Spotlight Cam Pro Wired questions

Brand new setup.My cams show battery levels in device health. How do I know if they are connected to wired power and working as expected?Do the spotlights come on when motion is sensed? Or do I have to configure that somewhere?

Hi @LayneStaley. Make sure the Spotlight Cam Pro Wired was installed according to the instructions here. Can you please also share a screenshot of the Device Health page, showing the battery level? To have the lights turn on when motion is detected, toggle on Motion-Activated Lights under Device Settings > Light Settings. Keep in mind that the lights will only turn on with motion detection when it's dark enough outside.
