Ring spotlight cam pro connecting to solar panel questions

Hello,We have a wireless ring spotlight cam pro with a battery, and are wanting to connect it to the solar panel we purchased also by ring. The usbc cable connects to the back of the camera in a location that is not well protected from rain - it’s at the top rear of the camera, which is outside exposed to elements. If we connect to this usb c port, will it keep dry?Thanks,Jsrw

Hi @userjsRW. Yes. The device is rated for outdoor use and is weather proof. The USB-C connection with have an insulated plug, ensuring that water will not leak in.
