Ring Spotlight Cam plug-in not working
troubleshooting

Camera is showing offline with the red offline icon. When I go to Device Health the signal strength show code RSSI-55 in green font. I did change the network password about a month ago and it was working fine up until now. Prior to changing the password it has worked since February. All my other wireless devices in the house ring door bell, 4 TV's cell phones, etc... work fineWhen I tried to reboot the camera and at the point I'm asked to push the button on top of the camera, I don't see a flashing light. Tried this several times with no success.

    Hi @user_010821. Since your Spotlight Cam is offline, the RSSI on the Device Health page is the last reported signal strength before the camera disconnected from wifi. Try holding down the setup button on the camera for 20 seconds to fully reset it. After the reset is complete, attempt to walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. You should be able to put the Spotlight Cam into setup mode to reconnect it to wifi.
