Ring security cameras video recordings staggering and freezing

There needs to be a debugging or fixture of the video recordings and live view. I have 5 cameras and 2 video doorbell cameras. The video keeps being choppy, staggering and freezing. This needs fixing ASAP...

Hi @JLuvQueen. What is the RSSI for the devices that are experiencing the staggering and freezing? Do you know which WiFi Channel you are using? With a strong RSSI and the correct WiFi Channel, you shouldn't have any issues with video quality.
