Hello just wanted some advice please, selling an unused ring floodlight cam which has never been used and still sealed. A buyer has asked if they can get a pic of the qr code to check the warranty and see if it’s compatible with his current system. Is this recommended to give the buyer a pic of the QR code or can I check the warranty myself

Hi @user32696. You cannot use the QR code to check the warranty, so I wouldn't recommend opening the package just to provide a potential buyer with the QR code. You can find information about the warranty offered for Ring devices [here](https://ring.com/warranty).
