Ring Outdoor Stick Up Cam not working

I have 2 outdoor solar powered stick up cams (purchased in last month) and one ring doorbell 3 hardwired. Ordered another Ring Stick Up Cam (outdoor solar), installed and worked fine for a couple days and then wouldn't reconnect and went offline. Attempted to troubleshoot and tried several times to reset but couldn't get it to reset. Returned the device and received a replacement, even installed a wifi extender to ensure strong signal. Worked for a couple days and went offline. Again, tried to do a factory reset and reinstall device and device would not reset after multiple attempts. Power light would not even come on. Ensured battery was charged to 100% as well and nothing. This was the second device in a row that had the same issue and was wondering if anyone else experienced this? If you did, were you able to get it resolved or did you return it. Note: the defective device was purchased on Amazon when they recently had a significant sale and the replacement device took about 2 weeks to receive which was odd since when I ordered them, I had them delivered same day or next day. So just thinking maybe the sale devices are a refurbished unit (not advertised though) instead of new.
